Warranty Policy – Banomila

At Banomila, we stand behind every product we sell. Our warranty policy is designed to give you confidence in the quality of your purchase and ensure that any genuine manufacturing defects are addressed quickly and fairly.

What Our Warranty Covers

All Banomila products are covered against manufacturing defects and faults that are present at the time of delivery. This includes:

  • Structural defects in materials or construction
  • Items that arrive broken, cracked, or damaged due to a manufacturing fault
  • Products that fail to function as described under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Accidental damage caused by the customer
  • Improper use, storage, or maintenance
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product
  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., water, heat, or impact)

Warranty Period

Our warranty applies for 30 days from the date of delivery, in line with our standard returns window. If a defect is identified outside of this period, please still contact us — we will do our best to find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at sanjivsahu076@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault or defect
  • Photographs showing the issue

Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may be entitled to additional protections beyond those described here.
