Track Your Order – Banomila

Want to know where your Banomila order is? We make it easy to stay updated every step of the way. From the moment your parcel leaves our hands to the moment it arrives at your door, here's how to track your delivery.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Simply click the tracking link in your email to see the latest status of your delivery.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, your order may still be in our handling period of 1–3 working days. Please allow this time before reaching out.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Handling time: 1–3 working days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Transit time: 3–5 working days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 4–8 working days from order date
  • Delivery: Free on all orders

Delivery estimates are automatically adjusted for public holidays. The estimated date shown at checkout reflects the most accurate timeframe based on your order placement time and our 14:00 PST cut-off.

Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please check the following:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes end up there
  • Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct
  • Allow up to 3 working days from your order date for dispatch

If you've checked all of the above and still can't find your tracking information, please contact our customer service team and we'll look into it straight away.

Order Not Arrived?

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
