At Banomila, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle delivery, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Delivery Locations

We deliver directly to your address. Our current shipping coverage includes all standard delivery destinations. All orders are dispatched from our UK base.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 14:00 Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be handled on the next working day. We fulfil orders Monday to Saturday.

Handling Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares and dispatches it within 1–3 working days (Monday–Saturday). Handling time is the period between the order cut-off and the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Transit Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days (Monday–Saturday) to reach all destinations. Transit times may be slightly extended around public holidays, and our estimated delivery window is automatically adjusted to account for these.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Combining handling and transit, you can expect your order to arrive within 4–8 working days from the date of order placement (subject to cut-off time). Delivery estimates are calculated based on when your order was placed relative to the daily cut-off.

Public Holidays

In the event that your delivery window falls over a public holiday, the estimated delivery date will be automatically adjusted. You will always receive an accurate estimate at checkout.
